This was our second Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator - the first was still going strong after 17 years! We only replaced it because my wife wanted a French Door style. We essentially bought the refrigerator sight unseen - no one had this model in stock nearby. Very happy, however with the look, features and especially added size. While it sticks out farther than the previous Frigidaire, the added room in the doors is well worth it. I only gave it 4 out of 5 since it's brand new and we don't yet know what we don't know :-) One note of caution for those with tight spacing. The installation diagram shows the doors remaining flush with the sides of the refrigerator when the doors are open. This was the case with the our previous model, but not the case with this one. Even at 90 degrees the edge of the door rotates past the side of the fridge by probably an inch and a half. In our case we had to pull it out slightly to provide clearance from oven door handle on right side.

Only complaint is counter depth doesn™€™t really seem to be counter depth. It sticks out much further than we thought it would. Might have something to do with the connector to the water line. We™€™re going to see if there™€™s a connector that can be recessed. But the fridge is great!

Awful product combined with awful customer service! We purchased this in 2022, it has been full of problems none of which seem to be covered under warranty! After three years of our freezer just dying whenever it wanted we finally cut our losses and moved on- 0/10 would recommend this product. At one point customer service suggested "if only we purchased the extended warranty" my reply was "if only you made a reliable product that lasted beyond an 18 month life span!"

Dangerous Product and Terrible Customer Support

I™€™ve only owned this refrigerator (model PRMC2285AF) for three years, and it™€™s already been one of the worst appliance experiences I™€™ve ever had.First, the ice maker stopped working while it was still under warranty. A technician came to replace the part, but it never worked again after that.Then, one of the glass shelves suddenly exploded overnight while the refrigerator door was closed and with nothing heavy on it. It shattered into thousands of tiny glass pieces all over the food. I have young children in my home, and this could have caused a serious injury.When I contacted the company, they said there™€™s no recall and that my refrigerator is out of warranty, then tried to sell me the replacement part instead of addressing what is clearly a safety hazard.For a $3,000 appliance, this level of poor quality and customer service is completely unacceptable. I will never purchase from this brand again and will be reporting this incident to the Consumer Product Safety Commission so others are aware of the risk.

The fridge looks great and it works very well. We really like the middle drawer that can be used as a freezer or as a fridge space storage for other for other items such as meats, cheeses etc. The space inside both inside the fridge and freezer allows us to store more items than our old GE Profile side-by-side fridge. The inside lighting is good. We really love the type shape of the ice cubes compared to the old half moon shaped cubes. The temperature is very consistent and keeps everything crisp and cold. We also like that it has two ice makers. The dispenser on the door is great too.

Horrible appliance, worst warranty service I have ever experienced

My freezer door is falling off and I was told this is a cosmetic issue. I finally received approval for it to be fixed (I think, not done yet). Their warranty service is obviously offshored and communication is difficult and there is ™€œno supervisor to speak with™€. Five times appointments were set up and 5 times no one showed because the local service center did not receive paperwork. I™€™m working on my 6th now, so if anyone at Frigidaire reads this™€¦HELP!

We splurged and bought this refrigerator a few years ago for our new condo. I loved it so much. The water and ice worked perfectly. The inside was well lit and roomy. The extra draw was perfect for cold cuts and cheeses. And the freezer had extra ice and lots of space! So when we decided to upgrade our kitchen, I knew that I was going to buy the exact same refrigerator that I had. No upgrade needed!

Start with the offset doors that make up for the door storage that is usually lost to the door water/ice dispenser. The ease of changing the water filter. The multi function freezer/refrigerator drawer. The inclusion of an additional ice maker in the freezer. The exterior design is very attractive and eliminates unnecessary drawer handles. Frididaire Professional Series French Door Refrigerator

This is an awesome refrigerator! You can hardly hear it running which is great when your home is an open floor plan. The quality is impressive. I am very pleased with my purchase decision. My next purchase will be the Frigidaire Professional Series dishwasher.

Beautiful Refrigerator

We™€™ve had our Frigidaire French door refrigerator for about two weeks now and are very pleased with it. The exterior and interior are beautiful and the soft close doors are a nice touch. The ice dispenses quietly and the water tastes good and is dispensed cold. The interior lights up brightly and it™€™s easy to see everything through the clear shelving and crispers. This replaced a GE Profile French door refrigerator that failed at exactly two years. After five repair attempts we decided to cut our loses and try Frigidaire. If we can get 10+ trouble free years out of it we will continue to buy this brand.

I™€™ve had this refrigerator for a week and so far it™€™s been great. The best feature is the versatile middle drawer, which can be either a refrigerator or a freezer. The ability to switch back and forth will be helpful. The dual ice makers is a nice feature as well.
